SHIPPING POLICY

We are providing free shipping all over the world.

 

Ready to ship items will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Made to order items will be dispatched in working 8-12 days.

Items are usually delivered within 10 days (although due to COVID, deliveries may take slightly longer).

As a heads up, we’re aware that some international deliveries may occasionally require additional duty fees which you'll need to cover when you receive your items. It will be totally worth it - we promise! 

For Indian Customers - Items are usually delivered in 4-6 working days (although due to COVID, deliveries may take slightly longer).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your new product as much as we do! However, no order is complete unless you are completely satisfied with your new purchases. 

Before considering refunding or exchanging an item, please note that minor differences in color, placement of prints, and fabric/button consistency are not considered defects. All of our products are handcrafted and are therefore reflective of traditional processes. Any small imperfections are what makes each piece so special and unique.  Please note that any customized garments are also exempt from refunds or exchanges.

In case of any defect, you have 14 days to return an item and we will issue you store credit

 

All we ask is that the returned products are clean, unworn, and in a perfect saleable condition. Please be wary of deodorant and make-up marks when trying on clothes as we will be unable to refund you your payment if any stains are found on fabrics. As we are committed to reducing waste and ensuring that all of our lovely clothes find good homes, if any items are not in a re-saleable condition, they will be returned to you.

How to return

  • Drop us a line at contact@punah.co to let us know that you'll be returning an item with your reason and images of the outfit.

  • Pack your garment in the original box provided (we try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much you can) and ensure that the parcel is taped securely.

  • As we can only take responsibility for the product once it’s in our care, our suggestion is to get a proof of purchase.

  • Once the product has been checked, you can expect to receive a store credit within 2-3 days!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations of any ready to dispatch items after 48 hours of placing the order with us, simply because we aim to start preparing the outfit for dispatch as quickly as possible in order to get the products to you in a timely manner.
