SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

PROCESS

Once I receive your order, I will contact you via email within 24 hours to confirm your size and denim color preference. After selecting the jacket, I will include you in the design process to ensure you are satisfied with the design before it is sewn. I will share progress images at multiple stages and accommodate minor changes in the design. Since this is a small, one-of-a-kind product, I will also inform you about any changes in trims that we make.

SHIPPING POLICY

I offer free shipping over the bill value of CAD 200.

Standard delivery for order value below CAD 200 is CAD 50.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. Made-to-order items will be dispatched in working 12-14 days.

​

Items are usually delivered within 5-7 days.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

I hope you love your new product as much as I do! However, no order is complete unless you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why I take you through every step of the process.

​

Before considering a refund or exchange, please note that minor differences in color, placement of prints, and fabric/button consistency are not considered defects. All of my products are handcrafted and reflect traditional processes. Any small imperfections are what make each piece so special and unique. Please note that customized garments are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

In case of any defect, you have 14 days to return an item, and I will issue you store credit.

​

All I ask is that the returned products are clean, unworn, and in perfect saleable condition. Please be cautious of deodorant and make-up marks when trying on clothes, as I will be unable to refund your payment if any stains are found on the fabrics. Committed to reducing waste and ensuring that all of my lovely clothes find good homes, if any items are not in re-saleable condition, they will be returned to you.

There is no exchange or return on sale items.

How to return:

  1. Drop me a line at contact@punah.co to let me know that you'll be returning an item, including your reason and images of the outfit. I will then provide you with the return address.

  2. Pack your garment in the original box provided (I try to keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and reuse our packaging as much as you can) and ensure that the parcel is taped securely.

  3. As I can only take responsibility for the product once it’s in my care, I suggest getting proof of postage.

  4. Once the product has been checked, you can expect to receive a refund for the item(s) within 2-3 weeks of sending it back to me, although I will try to do this sooner if possible!

EXCHANGE

If you’d like to exchange your item, please drop me a line at contact@punah.co with your concern, and I will try to resolve the issue. As I only stock limited numbers of each product, please be aware that I might not be able to offer you a direct replacement. If this is the case, I will try my best to find you an alternative item and can even look into the possibility of pre-ordering a specific product for you.

For those of you in Canada, I can reissue a new item free of charge. However, international customers may be required to pay for shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that I am unable to accept cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order, as I aim to start preparing the outfit for dispatch as quickly as possible to get the products to you promptly.
